RETURN AND REFUND

Custom items cannot be returned.

All custom printing products cannot be returned.

Once an order has been placed for a Custom Item, and confirm artwork,the order cannot be canceled if it has started production.

 

Stock Prints & Hardware Items Return Policy

These items are ready to be shipped. Items that are ready to be shipped have already been printed and finished,  we accept returns for these items.

Cusdisplay does not grant returns for products prior to a full inspection of the product in question.  Customers must reach out within fourteen (14 ) days of receipt of the products. Please send email to info@cusdisplay.com, The customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping (will be charged shipping both ways even if the order met the original free shipping )

Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging.

Items that have obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts, will not be accepted for a refund.

Damaged Items: If your item(s) is damaged during shipping or with any other quality issue, a claim must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately.

Make sure to include pictures when sending your email as well as a brief description describing the damage to the item(s).

No worries, these type of issues will be resolved immediately.
